Italiano The general conditions of sale and use transcribed below (hereinafter "General Conditions") apply to all sales provided by Lety srl, through its domain www.jeis.it ("Website").
The use of online sales services is permitted to a registered or private user who has:
a) having read the information relating to the processing of personal data by visiting the section called Privacy;
b) accepted the General Conditions called "the terms of service";
c) created an account, as indicated below.

RULE 1 - Register on the website
To become a "registered user" you must register on the website. Using the registration links you will have to create an account and save the data entered. RULE 2 - The sales contract

RULE N. 3 - Purchase terms and availability
The products displayed are available in stock unless out of stock.

The buyer will be charged the price of the product indicated on the Site at the time the order was sent by him.

RULE N. 4 - Delivery
Delivery times are those indicated in the technical data sheets and are reliable except for unforeseen causes by the couriers. The products are delivered to the floor from Monday to Friday during office hours, generally in the morning.
In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a postcard to certify the delivery attempt where the data that the user must use to contact the courier and set an appointment for the second delivery attempt is indicated. After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will go into storage and we will contact the user in order to release the storage. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the purchased product will be returned to the sender. The cost of managing the inventory will be attributed to the end customer.
RULE N. 5 - Return of products
"Right of Withdrawal" means the Consumer's right to renounce keeping the goods purchased for having "changed his mind", without being obliged to indicate the reasons, without prejudice to the obligations described below.
The "right of withdrawal", legally foreseen and regulated, must not be confused with the sales formula known as "satisfied or refunded", not legally sanctioned, but often used exclusively for "commercial promotion" purposes.

The Customer who purchases with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

If the returned products do not have their original packaging and, in any case, appear to have been used under any circumstances, the right of withdrawal will automatically be considered lapsed.
