CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL

The User, term by which is meant the private individual who does not purchase goods for his own activity, that is, who does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form a VAT number, who uses the e-commerce service of Lety srl through the purchase of one or more products, has the right to withdraw from the concluded purchase contract without any penalty and without having to provide any reason, within 14 working days pursuant to and for the effects of art. 52 paragraph 1 of the Consumption Code, which starts from the day of receipt of the purchased product.

The Right of Withdrawal applies only if the User places an order for an amount of EUR 50.00 or more excluding shipping costs, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 47, paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must inform Lety srl of his decision to withdraw before the expiration of the Withdrawal Period.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send an e-mail to the following address: info@jeis.it

in which he explicitly declares his intention to withdraw from the contract, putting as subject of the e-mail the name "Declaration of Withdrawal".

Since the burden of proof concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period is on the User, it is in the User's interest to keep a copy of the e-mail sent to Lety srl with the Declaration of Withdrawal.

Following the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal, the User will have the obligation to return the goods without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days from the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with art. 54, c. 4.

The item must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery, must be in perfect condition, with tag and original packaging and must be sent to the following address:

In the event that the User has received the product using the express courier shipping service, the same package in which the product was delivered may be used for the return, so it is recommended that it be opened and, if necessary, stored adopting appropriate measures for intact storage.

The goods must in any case be kept, handled and inspected with normal diligence and returned intact, complete in all their parts, accompanied by any accessories and illustrative and/or identification material that may be present and not tampered with in any way, as well as perfectly suitable for the use for which they are intended and without signs of wear or dirt.

In compliance with art. 57 paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code, the User is responsible for any decrease in value resulting from a handling of the goods that does not comply with the nature and characteristics of the goods themselves

In this case, Lety srl, upon written communication to be sent to the User within 5 working days from the receipt of the good, can reduce the amount of the refund due to such decrease in value, providing the User, in case the refund has already been paid, with the bank details for the payment of the amount updated and reduced due to the decrease in value of the good.

In the event that the User has used a discount code for the purchase of the product for which he has requested and exercised the right of withdrawal, the refund shall only concern the amount of money actually spent by the User, and not also the value of the discount code.

In the event that the withdrawal is not exercised in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law, it will not result in the termination of the contract and, consequently, will not give the right to any refund. Lety srl will inform the User, rejecting the withdrawal request. The Product, if already received by Lety srl, will remain at Lety srl at the User's disposal for the withdrawal, which must be done at the User's expense and under his responsibility.
